Using the Convergent and Divergent method in my business will encourage deeper thinking about people (staff and customers), process, and profit. I am an idea generator and one who enjoys finding solutions. The lesson discussed during class, about focusing more on the problem is a welcoming concept.

I've just read an article that says that, it's useful to have both points of view in the business. It helps to improve. And as always, share knowledge and opinions is always gratifying.
