    In this fourth topic we want to share with you the following learning objective and the concepts we will address for each of our four classes.

    Objective:

    To understand the cultural and methodological aspects of agility in order to maximise learning, decrease efforts and take risks in a controlled way.

    3. Transformation: Agile methodologies SCRUM-KANBAN-MVP

    4. Tool: Divergent and convergent experimental method.
