Hay un tema que aun no tocamos en el programa que va directamente relacionado a la gestion del cambio y de hacer exitoso nuestros proyecto de transformación digital. Además es una de mis fortalezas de aporte al grupo.
Dénle un vistazo y como en algun momento indique en el chat, puedo apoyar al grupo DONANDO a aquellas que quieran considerarlo y hacerlo parte de su proyecto. Un analisis de brecha digital que mida las efectivas competencias digitales. (ya hay algunas que se han sumado) Recuerden que la resistencia al cambio y el éxito de muchos proyectos dependen en toda medida de la aceptación, compromiso y competencias del Recurso humano que tenemos.
A diferencia de todos los estudios que existen se hacen a base de una encuesta que delimita nuestra percepción personal de conocimientos, sin embargo no se sustentan en las efectivas capacidades hacia la eficiencia y productividad. Y ahi la empresa que tengo permite contar con las estructuras digitales fundamentales, nuestro programa es "El estándar de Habilidades digitales" a nivel mundial.
